After my card creation post last week, which I used AI to generate the artwork, I thought about how will this new AI technology recreate Splinterland artworks. I tried it on one of my favorite Splinterland cards and here's what I got.
Since I am a Life player at heart, Lorna Shine is one of my favorite summoners in the game, although I am not using her as much since Chaos Legion and Riftwatcher summoners shifted the meta. In recreating her, I first tried the keywords "female red haired knight holding sword" which led me to these images.
I mean, they are stunning, gorgeous pieces of art, but there's one problem. They are focused on the torsos and the heads are cut from the image. I really don't know why the AI did that. So I tried rolling again with the same keywords and got this:
This one is kinda weird. Although it does have a pretty face, the left arm is a little disproportionate and (ahem) let's just say it's missing one essential part of it's chestplate.
So I tried again and jumbled the keywords a little bit. I used the keywords "girl knight red hair sword" and got this beauty:
Simply Gorgeous. This one takes the cake although the armor is plain silver unlike the original artwork which is gilded with gold. So I tried to roll once last time just to see what will come up. I entered "red haired female knight holding sword" and got this:
