Okay, so tipping tokens, What's the purpose, what are they really worth, what's the point, so why bother.
Some say what's the point in sending this tips when they're not worth anything much.
Well I say that unless you're looking to get rich overnight it serves a purpose. When you receive a tip from these tokens you are passively collecting these tokens. I heard someone say that when you tip with these tokens its like telling the person you really don't think much of their post, after all you're only tipping them 0.000000001 of that token.
Well I guess it all depends on how you see it for yourself.
One thing about tipping tokens id that if you receive a bunch of them in one day it all adds up.
PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA!
PIZZA Holders sent $PIZZA tips in this post's comments:
This is display in the comments of a post when several people send you back to back tokens. each 'pizza' typed above represents 1 tip for each individual that sent you a tip.
14 people in all.
I know that for me, I don't own enough Hive to offer tips to folks like 0.25 is what is suggested as the lowest tip. This my be fine for those who already hole like 50,000HP and can keep a flow of Hive on a regular basis, but this is not for all on hive.
I myself, like to offer these tips to others simply because I cannot afford to give away Hive and even if I could I still would rarely give it away as a tip.
Why were these tokens invented if they weren't a good idea in the first place?
I love the idea of tipping tokens and will continue to use them as often as I can.
If your not familiar with tipping tokens here's an article you can read about them. This article is a little dated and several new tipping tokes have com along since this post. I plan to do an update post to introduce some of the newer tokens soon on my website.
Thanks for Reading!!
