I decided to do the opposite.
Today I'm excited to share Chapter 36 of my ongoing Splinterlands journey, where every post documents another upgrade to a single card. Instead of spreading my resources across dozens of different monsters, I've stayed committed to one long-term project—and the results keep getting better with every level.
With today's upgrade complete, this card has reached yet another milestone, becoming stronger, more valuable, and even closer to unlocking its maximum potential.
Thirty-Six Upgrades, One Clear Goal
When I began this challenge, I wanted to prove that patience could be just as rewarding as constantly chasing the newest cards.
That simple idea has now grown into a series that has lasted thirty-six consecutive upgrades.
Each chapter represents another investment, another improvement, and another reminder that long-term planning can create something truly impressive.
Watching the same card evolve from its early levels into one of the strongest pieces of my collection has been incredibly satisfying, and every upgrade makes the next milestone even more exciting.
Why I Continue Investing in One Card
Some players prefer collecting as many different cards as possible.
My strategy has been to maximize the potential of a single card before moving on.
Every new level makes it more effective in battles while also increasing its value inside my collection. Rather than restarting with a different project, I enjoy seeing consistent progress and measuring how much stronger this card becomes over time.
Each upgrade gives me several advantages:

Reaching Chapter 36 feels like another major achievement in this long-running series.
What started as a simple experiment has become one of my favorite projects in Splinterlands, and every new level reminds me that consistency often delivers the biggest rewards.
