Los perros de pradera gordos son similares a unos castores, el cuerpo es bastante parecido, la cara me suena a otro animal, pero ahorita no recuerdo muy bien a cuál exactamente. Las pequeñas patas pueden hacer que corran rápido y excave con las mismas patas con la que come, es curioso que prácticamente sea como un humano, con dos extremidades se mueve nada más y con las otras dos hace todo lo demás.

Por lo que estuve indagando viendo imágenes creo que solo viven en las praderas y suelen ser pequeños, no tan grandes como un perro, que no sé a qué se debe lo del perro, seguramente sea por la forma, pero por más nada, y tampoco es que haya muchas razas de estos perros de pradera. Son casi todos por no decir todos, pequeños y gorditos, algo así como un cuyi, pero más grande y vive en la naturaleza y no en una casa y domesticado por los humanos.

Lo curioso es que parece que viven en hoyos como los topos. Escarban y hacen sus madrigueras debajo de la tierra. Algo así tipo las hormigas, que hacen grandes recorridos debajo de tierra y ahí es donde viven, lo que no sabría decir es si son tan extensas como lo de las hormigas, o si sería más como la casa de los cangrejos en la playa, un hueco y ya con algo de profundidad y con algo de espacio.

Pueden ser fáciles de identificar, si se saben muy bien las características, porque son rápidos y a la distancia se pueden confundir con ratas, aunque los agujeros serían un poco menos anchos que los perros de pradera, y que generalmente estos son gordos. Tampoco tienen pinta de que aguanten mucho frío, se les ve de poco pelaje y grasa corporal tampoco es que tengan mucho.

Fat prairie dogs are similar to beavers, the body is quite similar, the face sounds like another animal, but now I don't remember exactly which one. The small paws can make them run fast and dig with the same paws with which it eats, it is curious that it is practically like a human, with only two limbs it moves and with the other two it does everything else.

From what I was investigating seeing images I think they only live in the prairies and they are usually small, not as big as a dog, I don't know what is the reason for the dog, it is probably because of the shape, but nothing else, and there are not many breeds of these prairie dogs. They are almost all, if not all, small and chubby, something like a guinea pig, but bigger and live in the wild and not in a house and domesticated by humans.

The funny thing is that they seem to live in holes like moles. They dig and make their burrows under the ground. Kind of like ants, they make long runs under the ground and that's where they live, what I can't say is if they are as extensive as ants, or if it would be more like the crab house on the beach, a hole and already with some depth and with some space.

They can be easy to identify, if you know the characteristics very well, because they are fast and at a distance can be confused with rats, although the holes would be a little less wide than prairie dogs, and that generally these are fat. They don't look like they can stand much cold either, they have little fur and not much body fat.
