Hola, espero estén teniendo un maravilloso día. Hoy quiero mostrarles el último dibujo digital que hice, ha pasado bastante tiempo desde que subí uno y he de admitir que creo estar mejorando, ya no me cuesta tanto hacer el cabello y siento mucha más libertad al momento de crear, por la misma razón.

Hi, I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today I want to show you the last digital drawing I did, it's been a while since I uploaded one and I have to admit that I think I'm getting better, it's not so hard to do hair anymore and I feel much more freedom when creating, for the same reason.

Cuando empecé con el arte digital, uno de mis mayores retos era realizar cabello, me costaba demasiado y era un poco frustrante. Con el paso del tiempo mejoraba el resto de las cosas pero me sentía atascada porque mis avances con el cabello eran casi nulos, esto me hacía sentir mal al punto de dejar dibujos sin terminar y ni siquiera empezar otros por lo difícil que me resultaba.

When I started with digital art, one of my biggest challenges was doing hair, it was too hard and a bit frustrating. As time went by I improved the rest of the things but I felt stuck because my progress with hair was almost null, this made me feel bad to the point of leaving unfinished drawings and not even start others because of how difficult it was for me.

Luego de los 8 meses sin dibujar por la tenosinovitis, empecé de a poco a retomar este increíble arte. Logré por fin encontrar una manera que realmente me agrada y que me hace sentir orgullosa, hablo por supuesto de la manera de realizar el cabello. Fui añadiendo y probando cosas nuevas hasta dar con lo que pueden ver en mis dibujos actuales, fue muy duro pasar tanto tiempo sin dibujar pero ahora puedo decir que el descanso me vino bien.

After 8 months without drawing because of the tenosynovitis, I started to take up again this incredible art. I finally managed to find a way that I really like and that makes me feel proud, I am talking of course about the way of doing the hair. I kept adding and trying new things until I found what you can see in my current drawings, it was very hard to spend so much time without drawing but now I can say that the break was good for me.

A lo que quiero llegar con esto es que las cosas pasan por una razón, aunque en el momento no logremos entender lo que esta sucediendo. No se rindan, practiquen, vean tutoriales, tomen referencias, prueben técnicas distintas y si te sucede como a mí que te topas con un descanso inevitable, se paciente y trata de no enloquecer, busca en cambio algo diferente y positivo en lo que invertir el tiempo. Me emocioné un poco, lo admito.

What I want to get with this is that things happen for a reason, even if at the moment we can't understand what is happening. Don't give up, practice, watch tutorials, take references, try different techniques and if like me, you run into an inevitable break, be patient and try not to go crazy, look for something different and positive to invest your time in. I got a little excited, I admit it.

Volviendo al dibujo de hoy, les traigo en esta ocasión un personaje original llamado Bow. Aún no he desarrollado su personalidad pero tengo muy definido su estilo y aspecto, ella me encanta porque me recuerda un poco al tipo de personajes que solían gustarme cuando estaba pequeña pero al mismo tiempo no deja de ser algo que me gusta hoy día. Siento que logré un buen balance entre ambas cosas por lo que me gusta muchísimo, espero que a ustedes también les guste. Para finalizar quiero darles las gracias por leer, hasta el próximo post.

Back to today's drawing, I bring you this time an original character named Bow. I haven't developed her personality yet but I have very defined her style and look, I love her because she reminds me a little bit of the kind of characters I used to like when I was little but at the same time she is something I like nowadays. I feel I achieved a good balance between both things so I like her very much, I hope you like her too. To finish I want to thank you for reading, until the next post.
