¡Hola amigos y Atletas de Hive! Recientemente hice un video participando en el reto propuesto por @milagroscdlrr, reto cuyo propósito en un principio era permanecer en posición de plancha abdominal durante una canción completa con un tiempo de 2 a 3 minutos.
Cumplí el reto sin problema alguno, aunque me sentí algo insatisfecho conmigo debido a que no fue lo suficientemente exigente para mí, y que pude haber durado un poco más.

Hello friends and Hive Athletes! I recently made a video participating in the challenge proposed by @milagroscdlrr, a challenge whose purpose in the beginning was to stay in abdominal plank position for a full song with a time of 2 to 3 minutes.
I completed the challenge without any problem, although I felt a little dissatisfied with myself because it was not demanding enough for me, and I could have lasted a little longer.

Hace poco pude apreciar a @milagroscdlrr haciendo una segunda parte del reto de la canción, en modo de contestación a un desafío personal que le hicieron mediante el mismo, y varios atletas teníamos la duda en si podíamos hacer una segunda parte también, por lo que me tomé el atrevimiento de preguntarle en los comentarios si esto era válido para el resto de la comunidad. Su respuesta fue afirmativa y de ánimo para todos aquellos que quieran atreverse a superar sus límites.

Recently I saw @milagroscdlrr doing a second part of the challenge of the song, as a response to a personal challenge made to him through the same, and several athletes had the doubt if we could do a second part as well, so I dared to ask him in the comments if this was valid for the rest of the community. His answer was affirmative and encouraging for all those who want to dare to overcome their limits.

Entonces, para mí es de gran agrado tener una segunda oportunidad para demostrar esta vez, todo mi potencial, usando todas mis fuerzas para resistir, hasta que el cuerpo y la mente no puedan mas.
En vista de que no encontré una canción lo suficientemente larga para sentir esa sed de superación personal, elegí 3 canciones que para mí, fueron las que mejor se adaptaron a este momento, espero que las disfruten a lo largo del video.

So, for me it is a great pleasure to have a second chance to show this time, all my potential, using all my strength to resist, until my body and mind can't take it anymore.
Since I did not find a song long enough to feel that thirst for self-improvement, I chose 3 songs that for me, were the best suited to this moment, I hope you enjoy them throughout the video.

Al final, tuve una mezcla de emociones encontradas, sentí un poco de frustración, quería permanecer firme hasta que la última canción terminara por completo, pero al mismo tiempo sentí una satisfacción enorme que dibujó una sonrisa en mi rostro y me llenó de alegría y orgullo, pues logré llevar mis capacidades a un nuevo nivel.
Con este tiempo de "8 minutos y 21 segundos", espero haber dejado mi huella en la comunidad, le doy gracias a mis amigos que me apoyaron y a todos los que llegaron a este post.

At the end, I had a mixture of mixed emotions, I felt a little frustration, I wanted to stand firm until the last song was completely finished, but at the same time I felt a huge satisfaction that drew a smile on my face and filled me with joy and pride, because I managed to take my abilities to a new level.
With this time of "8 minutes and 21 seconds", I hope I have left my mark on the community, I thank my friends who supported me and everyone who came to this post.
