I like the idea of showing the author amount & only showing full author + curator amount on hover.

Otherwise, even if we ignore the huge flawed mentality that new comers have of seeing trending page be constant > $30 payouts & thinking "Oh wow, I could earn like $50 per post on here!", only to be receiving half that at best.

If you only show author payout, it may paint a better first impression like "Ah, ok, people aren't making bank on here, so I should temper my expectations".

Wishful thinking on my part for someone to temper their expectations lol :^)
