I mix it up. Sometimes I take 3-4 capsules a day. I take the ones from fungi.com. I use other ones as well for immune system. I have gone without a cold all winter, so they could be helping with that.

Thanks for the great reply. I'll be researching for a year or so. I have some time. I will have lots of recreation equipment. At least a mountain bike. I've been watching lots of great videos on trailers

I have been taking them for a few weeks. What dose do you take on a daily basis? I haven't found too much online on what is a good dose if even known.

Great info on this. I just booked my trip to Nepal for 30 days. I plan on doing the entire circuit, but haven't worked out the details yet. I have several months to do that.

Look up turkey tail mushrooms. They have been shown in studies to boost immune system and help fight cancer. Look up Paul Stamets on tedtalks and youtube about it.
