💰 Reward Rules (Beneficiaries):

Pool: The reward pool equals the percentage of community contribution to data entry (e.g., 40% entries = 40% reward).
Split:
80% goes to Helpers (proportional to entries).
20% goes to Leaders (equally for Top 5).
Sum: Rewards stack if you are both a Helper and a Leader.
Limits: Max 7 beneficiaries (min 1%).
