Frm Greeks to present, the starry nights, the darkness and the moon has played a great role. The fascinating aspects, other than the darkness, these things hold are beyond expression. But what about the darkness? When I say darkness, what comes to the mind? Something scary, gloomy, evilish?But, in reality, darkness is the most beautiful thing.

Darkness is not my enemy

Just because society makes us believe that every pessimistic thing revolves around darkness, does not mean it is. Contrary to the loght pollution, we, all, secretly adore the darkness. Because, it beholds he true nature of all of us. Throughout the day, we are the one controlled by the society, societal values, pretentious desires and needs; it is the night and the beautiful moon which truly understands us, knows the real us. Those late night walks with the moon are the most precious experience.

The lesson

There is a hidden lesson in this natual satellite - the moon. As we know, it borrows its light from the sun. Yes, the mighty sun. The lesson? Philosophically speaking, our wisdom, our knowledge, our experiences, and everything else is shaped by others. Just like the borrowed light, we borrow everything. It is all fine, until we start to lose our personal identity. This modern day world is passing through this phase. Moon, on the other hand, even with the exceptional help lives with its own identity.

Even with the artificial lights, the moon continues to share its own.

After a good gossip, remember I am not an anti to the modern lights. Actually, it is the darkness which makes everything - especially the light - beautiful. Here is the proof:

If I exclude philosophical domain; it is the noise which I love the most. Because, the night time is kind of scary. The noise helps with the escapism. Escaping from the realities of life. Such a paradoxical situation.
