Crypto Currency can be very unpredictable most of the time but with a few study of the chart one can build or develop the minimal skills necessary to capitalize on the many up and down of the leading brands like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin Steem etc...
Decided whether you're in for the long term gain or short term
Put emotions aside
Don't be greedy
Whether you're in for the short or long term you still need to make profits...
This is how I did it (DISCLAIMER: I'm not advising you or anyone to do it my way) your situation might be different).
My target is to cash out at $5000 Bitcoin which we'll probably not see till maybe late 2017 or early 2018 or whenever... I got in at $2300 range in April 2017 and watched the chart without making any moves because I had put on my hope on the $5000 mark...but I decided to make some quick moves while I wait for the cool $5000...HOW?
Since within the last month the price of Bitcoin has hit the $3000 mark and dropped to about $2100 range about 3 times ($900 drop in price)
I watched closely and took a quick move, I sold my Bitcoin at the $3000 mark and kept the money in USD ready for re-purchase before I declare profit. After a few days I re-bought my Bitcoin at $2165 and declared a quick profit of $835.
I monitored the price again to a second quick move and when it climbed back up to $2945 range I took the chance again and sold my Bitcoin and again kept the cash ready for a re-purchase and Boom...as soon as it hit $2300 I bought back in and again declared another profit of $645.
So within a couple of weeks I was able to make about $1480 profit on 1 Bitcoin and still managed to hold on to my long term wish of $5000 by the year's end.
I will try to keep monitoring and with good judgement keep making profits while I keep my eye on the BIG$$$
Hopefully I keep winning!
