STEEM continues to move down and the volume is low but picking up slightly.
STEEM is moving as expected and continues to move down to form the Double Bottom pattern.
The MACD and the RSI are still Bearish but are starting to flatten out.
I have the odds at 60-40 that the near term move will be lower.
