You can just barely see the Washington Monument hiding just behind the trees. This is right by Reagan National Airport on the Mount Vernon Trail.
I got in a good but short ruck today on the way home from school.
I've also been experimenting a bit with intermittent fasting and this was the first "big activity" I've tried prior to breaking my fast. It went better than I expected on an empty stomach! I haven't got into a groove yet with the whole fasting thing, but so far it's been going pretty good and I haven't been hangry or anything. I'm hoping as I continue with it and get more in the swing I'll be able to lose some girth around the middle!
