River Nymph is a card I only ever use in a very specific gametype. I would use this card if the ruleset was Noxious Fumes and the Fire or Death splinters were not available as I have cards in both of those splinters with Immunity. If they were not available then I would use River Nymph along with Djinn Oshannus as that can be a powerful combo.
Unfortunately I haven't had the right ruleset and conditions to use River Nymph for a long time so I thought instead I would share a recent battle with one of my favourite new cards which is Oshuur Constantia.

The ruleset for the match was the following:
Earthquake was the main rule so Flight monsters were imperative. This is why I decided to go with the Summoner Brighton Bloom which meant that Earthquake would not damage any of my monsters. I only have a level 1 Brighton Bloom so I knew I was taking a bit of a risk by using this Summoner but I was confident this would be the right thing to do.
The lineups for the match looked like this:
I was confident I would get the win looking at these lineups because I knew Earthquake would damage some of the opponents monsters but none of mine. However by the end of round 2 the battlefield looked like this:
My Oshuur Constantia had already used her resurrect and all my monsters were fairly low on health. I hadn't really done any damage to their Pelacor Mercenary so I was sure I was heading for a loss at this point. The end of round 3 looked like this:
Even though I knew that Earthquake would take out 3 of the opponents monsters here, I still thought there was no way I would now win this matchup. Thankfully though Constantia and my Goblin Psychic were dealing a nice amount of damage and also my Goblin was healing Constantia so I was only just able to survive and claim the win.
Constantia is a card I really like to use. She is versatile and resurrect is a massive boost in tight matches like this one. It was a hard fought battle and luckily I was able to come away with a close win.
