This is looking like the start of an interesting weekend. Just kidding! This is one of the hidden gems in the space of casual drinking. Fortunate enough to have this whiskey distillery within my own city, it can still be difficult to get hands on it. The Balconies lineup continues to win awards internationally, while trying to keep up with demand. The price of one bottle can average $80+, which also contributes to the easy casual consumption. The Texas Single Malt is a definite surprise as being the more popular flavor. I know, what does Texas know about making a good whiskey, you may ask. Well, if you are fortunate enough to get some in your glass, you'll know.
