We have crossed paths before, but this feels a little more permanent if that makes sense. Lest to say it will happen a lot more going forward. HMMM I remember a cartoon I think it was called Ed, Edd and Eddie, it seems you answer to them all and more.

Occasionally, my curiosity is piqued by a couple of out of context comments causing me to seek out a little more background on who I'm talking to, (not nearly as 'stalkerish' as it may sound... Honestly!!! Although I realise that is exactly the kind of thing a stalker would say😩)

One day I came home from school only to be bundled into the family car and whisked onto a ferry to Scotland. My family is originally from Scotland, because of The Troubles my father had been put on a death list due to the nature of his work.

West Africa, the first weekend there, I went off into the jungle and the jeep I was a passenger in got stuck in a swamp.

I have survived two plane crashes and been shot at and stabbed all through working in risky climates. My mother named me Lucky Eddie.

I got back into our jeep, to be told to look to my right. I saw a cayman crocodile that had apparently swum over my head as I was fixing the rope.

You see the pattern as well as me right???

Jeez! Your memoirs will not be boring but I would hesitate to go for a day out with you 😂

Congratulations on one year! Really well done, not easy but well worth it my friend. m'lady commented that she couldn't believe it was 1 year since the Queen passed yesterday... You crossed my mind, I mouthed the word well done and explained your story to her, we are all in a very cool club now!

Do I enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke when I smell it? Yes
Does it make me want to smoke? No

And every doorway, bar, attraction reminded me of the cigarettes I had smoked there, I kid you not... It was like I instantly curated a top 10 list of my favourite smokes ever!!! The mind is so bloody weird.

I used to think your user name was perhaps South American or from the look of it and sound as I read it... I was missing the accent... After realising, it made a LOT more sense haha.

Well done on the drinking too!

If that is what it takes, it is well worth the cost.

You as a NI/Scot and me as a whippet chasing, flat cap wearing, pie and mash eating Northerner understand that sacrifice all too well (Jeez, stereotypical much???🤣)
