Your videos are always great. Very good review of the book. I enjoyed reading the quotes from the book too, the author is very wise. I do agree with the idea too, emotional repression is unhealthy. Having a good and open relationship with loved ones and caregivers is actually a very important thing. I also just learned that your emotional state can sometimes translate to your physical state through illness, interesting. Thanks again for sharing.
