The Kenguru is the first electric car created for people in wheelchairs, designed so that its users can move independently, without needing someone else to drive the vehicle.
The vehicle does not have seats, instead it has a space where the wheelchair is located in front of a motorcycle style handlebar. The user can enter directly from the rear of the vehicle through a door that opens to remote control.
The maximum speed of the car is 40 km / h and you need to charge your battery for eight hours to travel approximately 100 km away. According to Kenguru's official website , the car is specially designed for short distances that are part of a person's day-to-day life.
Although there are other cars designed for people in wheelchairs, such as AM General's MV-1 , all depend on someone else driving the vehicle.
