We just bought a couple of gallons of apple vinegar. My wife uses it to make "cowboy candy" basically candied jalapenos. I love them. Once we get some consistent apples coming in we will need to figure out how to make vinegar. I read "Atlas Shrugged" once. Just to say I had. Too many people talk about it that have never read it. I don't think we ever watched the movie.
