Brand New Day is an energetic and melodic track and even though the lyrics may seem a little dark the first time you hear them, Michael Geeves explains that the song is actually really quite the opposite. “It’s about those times in life when you finally realize that you have been procrastinating far too long and you come to the realization that it’s time for a change. You embrace the change and the new start. We can’t change our past, but we learn from it and influence our future.”
