A mystery woman whom I cannot see but feel,Her presence ever real,Like a reflection of my very shadow on a sunny day.Calm and adorable,Her voice soothes my soul.
She caresses my thoughts,Compelling right and just,A remarkably decent maiden, unerring.Bold and strong,Straightforward with her utterances,Carefree of nothing but truth.
She resides in the tents of my mind. And walks in the plains of my heart.Courageous as a knight.vehement,In her quest to conquer evil and wrong,Although not triumphant at all times.
Vanquished because I am human Designed with weaknesses and imperfections, but conceding is not a path she walks.I hate and Love her at the same time. She's my conscience,I call her
CASSANDRA.
INSPIRATION
well,I was having this discussion with a friend of mine,Speaking about imaginary personalities.
We began naming our conscience based on our favorite names, she named hers @leonard,cool right?.
We talked about conversing with our consciences, speaking with them like real persons, physical and present.I had a beautiful time with her and afterwards I wrote the poem above.Hope you enjoyed it?
