LedgerX will list the Exchange Contract no earlier than October 4, 2017.
This certification includes the following:
- The submission cover sheet, which shall be generated through the Commission’s submission portal at the time of filing.
- A concise explanation and analysis of the Exchange Contract, attached as Exhibit A.
- A copy of the Exchange Contract’s rules, which will be published as contract specifications
on LedgerX’s website, attached as Exhibit B. - A concise explanation and analysis of the Exchange Contract’s compliance with applicable provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (the “CEA”), including the Core Principles, and the Commission’s Regulations thereunder, attached as Exhibit C.
