We will go through this moment time after time.
Moods will change, you'll wear a different scent.
But it's ok: I'll love you anyway.
I just thought you should know.
I've cried for you,
I've laughed with you,
I've shed anger with you.
Through time what we have has grown to be strong,
Parts forgotten & parts lived on.
I'm not much of a talker,
But I hope you can understand:
No matter where I am,who i'm with or what time in life it is,
Every second of everyday: my heart is always with you.
Some of us interpret love to mean a sexual connection,
But you are so much more than just a heart!
You're the one I cant let go of.
You're the one I cant speak badly of.
You're the one that,
Despite all that we're responsible for & all that we've been through - nothing can separate us.
You're my armour, my battle & my surrender,
Knowing you're around eases the challenges of life.
This journey is always worthwhile when you have a companion to entertain you along the way,
Be the music in your head.
Be my fire in the darkest hours,
Be my warrior to fight against the setting sun.
Smile.
The days are gorgeous.
And you alone make existing splendid.
