Hi, guys!
Well, I'm back to the point where I have to sit down and thoroughly edit the file where I've written my world structure. I'd previously thrown it together in a flash, but now I have to go and do a complete overhaul so it's actually usable. This doesn't mean I have to completely redo everything, of course, but there's still a lot to fix and structure, because it's all a bit of a mess.
I'm planning to further flesh out the political structures of the countries involved in my conflict, and they're incredibly complex. So, I'm up to my ears in robots, and this is going to take a long time. But it's all just an incredible thrill, and I'm already looking forward to how wonderful and satisfying it will be to write when I finish it all. But it's obviously a long way off, because the book is incredibly ambitious.
I was sure it would be just one volume, which I'd quickly write and take to the publisher. But it's growing into a gigantic monster that continues to throb beneath my fingers, saturating itself with my blood and pulsing. But I definitely don't plan on letting up. There's a colossal amount of work ahead, but I'll definitely see it through to the end; it's a matter of honor now; I can't abandon it under any circumstances. I want to see my book published so badly that I'm slowly going crazy.
I've probably never been so intoxicated by my own creativity. It's such a wild, intoxicating feeling that I'm literally choking on it. So now all I can do is feed it, watching it all crumble, blossom, and smell.
Today I'll take another break for work, after which I'll return to the text, or rather, begin working on assembling the lore properly. There's a ton of work there, but it needs to be done properly, so that's what I'll do. I'll probably set myself a time limit of one candle of lore work per day. I'm already counting my time, just like my heroes. But I need to limit myself a little, so the cuckoo doesn't fly away.
Have a great day, everyone!
