@humanitas mi nombre es Stella Martínez y esta es mi primera vez pasando por esta preciosa comunidad, la verdad me encanto esta iniciativa y agradezco mucho a 
@elbuhito tierno por haberme invitado, empiezo con mi primer habito que es trotar en las mañanas me levanto a eso de las cinco treinta am para prepararme e ir a trotar con mis perritos hago ejercicio mientras ellos se desestresan, recalco la única que hace el ejercicio conmigo es mi perrita mochita jajaj es muy fuerte no se queda atrás nunca a veces dicen las personas que pobrecita yo pienso que ella no sabe de discapacidad ella solo sabe disfrutar la vida ser feliz eso me encanta, después de que troto hago un rato ejercicio en el biogimnasio donde ellos me observan mientras yo sudo jaja.
Mi segundo habito es aprender aquí comparto gran parte de los libros que e leído y tengo en casa, para mi aprender es un habito de felicidad porque nos mantiene activos pues nuestro cerebro es un musculo y debemos ejercitarlo tenerlo activo y esto nos produce felicidad.
Mi tercer habito es observar la naturaleza generalmente lo hago desde el patio de mi casa pues me gusta la tranquilidad que desde allí puedo apreciar, contemplar la belleza del universo si que nos da la felicidad que pocos puedes tocar porque andan corriendo esto se hace mejor en total silencio sin tanto afán solo que sea el tiempo para ti y la creación. sin mas que agregar me despido y muchas gracias por tan bella iniciativa besos y abrazos.

@humanitas my name is Stella Martinez and this is my first time going through this beautiful community, the truth I love this initiative and I am very grateful to @elbuhito tender for inviting me, I start with my first habit which is jogging in the mornings I get up at about five thirty am to get ready and go jogging with my dogs I exercise while they de-stress, I emphasize the only one who does the exercise with me is my dog mochita hahaha she is very strong she never lags behind sometimes people say that poor thing I think she does not know about disability she only knows how to enjoy life be happy that I love, after I jog I do some exercise in the biogym where they watch me while I sweat hahaha.
My second habit is to learn here I share most of the books I have read and have at home, for me learning is a habit of happiness because it keeps us active because our brain is a muscle and we must exercise it to keep it active and this produces happiness.
My third habit is to observe nature generally I do it from the patio of my house because I like the tranquility that from there I can appreciate, contemplate the beauty of the universe if that gives us the happiness that few can touch because they are running around this is best done in total silence without so much eagerness just to be the time for you and creation. without more to add I say goodbye and thank you very much for such a beautiful initiative kisses and hugs.
