Today we know that housing constructions must have excellent performance in terms of low energy consumption. In the area where I live, NZEB constructions are spreading.
ZEB is the acronym for Zero Energy Building, while NZEB stands for Nearly Zero Energy Buildings. Each member country has implemented the European Directives and defined criteria and requirements for the construction of nearly zero energy buildings.
Situation in Italy
From January 2021 it is a mandatory parameter in Italy for all new buildings. Let me explain, in Italy all the new buildings that will be built will have to be NZEB
