Is it Karma? Is it destiny? Is it a bankster plot to get back "their" houses?

The Baby Boomers and the timing of markets. The housing collapse and their retirement seems to be cosmically connected.

The Baby Boomers were used by the banksters to keep enough houses from ever being built. Every "keep our city the same" is spearheaded by Boomers. Every HOA and city plan all overseen by Boomers. Boomers have either planned out their own destruction, or they were the perfect patsies for the banksters.

Well, i really can't tell which is the cause, and which is the effect. It is a huge mess of interconnected spaghetti. What i can say is how this ends. It is very obvious when you are aware of most of the pieces, and are not holding out hope based on lies.

The real estate market is not a market

A market balances out price and demand. Real estate ignores them both.

The real estate market is not based on sales that are based on what money people saved to buy the house.

Instead, it is based on how much money the buyers can get on a mortgage. And this number has gone up and up and up. Via the bank easing loan requirements. The length of the loans being extended. The interest rates lowered. And, lately, by Real Estate Investment Trusts. Entities that can borrow more than any person. So, can out bid any person. And can continue to borrow, because of the way real estate is held on the books

Supply is constricted by building department red tape. All those "save our city" laws making building new houses difficult, if not impossible.

Demand is limited by the current political/economic winds. Are the banks giving out mortgages like water, or have they made it difficult for even A paper to get a mortgage.

That isn't a real market. It is highly engineered and controlled.

Those mother WEFers have a plan to buy up ALL of the houses, and then, "You vill own nothing, and you vill be happy", meaning you will rent for all of your life. The plan is to crash the real estate market (let the bubble pop) and then mortgage everything/ "buy" up all the houses on the cheap.

In America, it was illegal for corporations to own so many houses. Corporations where not allowed to compete against single families for a house. But, that law was repealed in 2008.

The Boomers are trapped

The Boomers believe that their house is their piggy bank. Their insurance if their other funds fall through. Their retirement plan.

And, just as Boomers will really need their houses, the real estate market bubble pops.

Along with that, the bond market collapses, and the stock market crashes.

The Boomers will need that money that they thought their houses were, but all that equity will be gone. The Millenials cannot afford the Boomer's houses. And if the banks tighten loan requirements, as they do when markets crash, no one will be buying single family homes.

People, who are actually trying to sell homes, are finding they have to lower the price A LOT, in order to get any bites. And, most sellers are not willing to drop their prices. They leave the house on the market for years, or they lower it a little bit every few months. The only houses really selling are expensive houses to rich people. And so, the numbers stay high, but the actual word on the street is that over half of the agents are looking for other jobs.

All of this bubble popping is going to happen while the Boomers can do nothing about it AND really need the money.

The housing market will go past zero

  • Demographic collapse - Not enough babies for replacement means empty houses incoming
  • When the "immigrants" are run out of the country, the excess housing becomes obvious
  • If anything happens that increases death (plague, covaids, UNcivil war, starvation, natural and unnatural disasters)
  • People will be leaving the cities, if they can as more fiery and "peaceful" protests occur
  • And the largest generation is going to be moving into retirement homes or mortuary plots

Boomers own 25% of the houses. Meaning ¼ of houses are going on the market. That would destroy any market. However, that is only the baseline. If anything else happens to reduce the population, there will be two empty houses in the city for every person looking for a house. (and i believe it will be worse)

Think about how the Boomers worked hard to keep their children from having houses like they did. Is it karma that all that trying to keep home prices high is suddenly going to collapse when they actually need money?

The banksters really do want to rob the Boomers of their houses. "How dare they take our houses!" is what you would hear if the banksters were honest.

We are really on the edge of the housing bubble popping.

Unfortunately, it probably won't happen alone. The bond market is about to be broken as everyone tries to sell their bonds. The stock market is going to go down, as Boomers sell their stocks to retire. (and then stock markets will be found to be corrupt, and shut their doors)

AND THEN! the Boomers will need nursing homes. And there aren't any. Right now, people who need care facilities after they had surgery, are put on waiting lists. Where the hospital staff are saying, we hope we find an empty bed. And this is before the Boomers are really getting old.

Things are really not looking good.
