What does it mean to own a share of a publicly traded company?
Owning shares in a publicly traded company means holding a stake—whether small or large—in the company’s capital. For instance, by purchasing Tesla shares, an investor becomes a shareholder and participates in the company’s economic performance in proportion to their holding. The share value can rise or fall over time. If the company grows, increases its profits, and the market views its future prospects favorably, the share price may rise, generating a capital gain for the investor. A crucial concept here is that of earnings. Essentially, a share’s value tends to rise when there are earnings. Therefore, before investing in stocks, one must determine whether the company in question is likely to generate profits a year or more down the line.

Tesla shares
Tesla shares fell 10% over the course of a year.
This is not a massive drop in stock market terms, and one might think it is a... ...a dip to capitalize on for an entry point, lowering the average cost basis if it was previously higher.
SpaceX Stock
SpaceX stock has gained nearly 7% over the past month.
I expected the share price to drop toward $75, but the decline stalled near $100. The market continues to assign a very high valuation to the company's future prospects.

Che cosa significa possedere un’azione di una società quotata in borsa?
Possedere azioni di una società quotata in borsa significa possedere una quota, piccola o grande, del capitale della società. Acquistando, per esempio, azioni Tesla, l’investitore diventa azionista dell’azienda e partecipa, proporzionalmente alla propria quota, alla sua evoluzione economica. Il valore dell’azione può aumentare o diminuire nel tempo. Se l’azienda cresce, aumenta gli utili e il mercato ritiene che abbia buone prospettive future, il prezzo delle azioni può salire, generando una plusvalenza per l’investitore. Un concetto molto importante è quello degli utili. Sostanzialmente il valore di un’azione cresce se ci sono utili. Quindi prima di investire in azioni, bisogna comprendere se l’azienda in cui stiamo investendo, sarà in grado tra 1 anno o più, di generare utili.
Qui di seguito mostro alcune azioni che personalmente ritengo interessanti per il futuro e per questo motivo le sto tenendo sotto osservazione.

Le azioni TESLA in 1 anno hanno fatto il -10%
Non è un grosso calo a livello azionario e si potrebbe pensare che sia una flessione da cavalcare per fare un ingresso per abbassare il prezzo di carico nel caso fosse più alto.
Le azioni di SpaceX
Le azioni SPACE X in 1 mese hanno fatto quasi un +7%.
Mi aspettavo che il titolo scendesse verso i 75$, ma la discesa si è fermata vicino ai 100$. Il mercato continua a riconoscere una valutazione molto alta alle prospettive future dell'azienda.
