Hello hivers, and welcome back to my page, today i’ll be talking to you about my two favorite movies, and make you understand a little bit about it.
WHY DO I LOVE MOVIES?
Well, i believe i said in my introduction post, that i am a huge movie lover. I never really was to be honest, but with time i began to watch a few with people whenever they were watching, and then i started watching myself. It is a good source of entertainment, it keeps me occupied, it even relaxes the mind.
WHAT ARE MY 3 FAVORITE MOVIES ?
First and foremost, my favorite movie is olympus has fallen, like i said in my introduction. I’ve watched it like 3 times and one of the reasons i like it so much is because the main character is my favorite actor Gerard Butler, so that was what attracted me to it initially.
Let me explain to you briefly what it is about.
There was a meeting at the white house, where some Korean leaders where invited over, not knowing the were disguised terrorists. They organized the attack and takeover super smoothly, and held everyone in the house hostage.
There is a guy call Mike Banning, who was a former agent to the president, a family man. He had to get into action when he received the news of what was happening in the white house, as he’s also a friend to the president.
He learnt that the presidents son was somewhere in the house hiding, since he wasn’t part of the hostage. So his first mission was to the the presidents son, Connor.
After this attempt, he proceeded to go and save the president, but it wasn’t easy because along the way, there were so many Korean men trying to execute him, so he had to face all these obstacles on his way.
I’m not going to give too much away, incase you plan on seeing it. I wouldn’t spoil it.
AND
Secondly, the next movie i will be talking about is greenland, which was also acted by Gerard Butler! This time, he was in more of a predicament to save his own family from comets falling from the sky. His name in the movie was John, with a wife and a son, and so John received a message saying his family was picked for emergency evacuation, to a place called greenland.
They then packed and left, upon getting there, they left a drug in the car, so the father went back to get it, which then led to a mix up and commotion, meaning he got separated from his wife and son.
In the process of trying to find each other, his wife and son entered a ride, with whom they thought were responsible people, and it ended up being the opposite, because they ended up kidnapping their son and tried to escape with him to greenland.
This led to the father, the wife, and their son all being separated from each other.
As i said earlier, i won’t say too much, so i don’t spoil it, incase you are interested in watching!
Maybe i have given you a glimmer of my taste in movies, and hopefully you have gained a little bit of interest in seeing them.
