Sometimes I wonder if Splinterlands is actually a strategy game or a game designed to test my patience. 😂

You can spend several minutes looking at your cards, checking the mana, thinking about positioning, imagining how the battle is going to play out, and convincing yourself that you have created the perfect lineup.

Then the battle starts…

And suddenly everything goes wrong. 😂

Your tank gets destroyed faster than expected.

Your attacker misses at the worst possible moment.

The card you thought was going to carry the entire team suddenly looks like it forgot why it was invited.

Meanwhile, your opponent’s lineup is working perfectly.

At that point, you just sit there watching the battle thinking:

“Okay… interesting.” 😂

One of the funniest things is how confident you can feel before a battle.

You look at your lineup and think, “There is no way I am losing this.”

Then a few turns later, you are watching your last card slowly disappear from the battlefield.

That confidence disappears very quickly. 😂

And somehow, after losing a battle like that, instead of leaving the game, you immediately want to try again.

“Let me fix one thing.”

Then you change one card.

You enter another battle.

You lose again.

“Okay, maybe that wasn’t the problem.”

Change another card.

Try again.

Lose.

At this point, you start questioning every decision you have ever made. 😂

But honestly, that is part of the fun.

Splinterlands can be frustrating, but the unexpected moments are what make the battles entertaining.

Sometimes a card you barely expected anything from suddenly becomes the most important card on the team.

Sometimes your entire strategy depends on one attack landing.

Sometimes you think the battle is finished, and somehow your team makes a comeback.

And sometimes you are completely convinced that you have won… only to discover that you were very wrong. 😂

I also enjoy the moments when I try something completely random.

You know those moments when you look at your available cards and think:

“Why not?”

No complicated strategy.

No deep calculations.

Just vibes. 😂

Then somehow it works.

That is probably one of the best feelings in the game.

You start laughing because the strategy you almost didn’t use ended up being the one that worked.

That is why I enjoy experimenting.

Every battle does not have to be serious.

Sometimes I just want to try a different combination and see what happens.

Sometimes I learn something useful.

Sometimes I lose badly.

And sometimes I get a result that makes me want to try the same idea again.

The funny thing is that even when I lose, I usually start thinking about the next battle immediately.

“What if I had placed that card here?”

“What if I used a different tank?”

“What if I changed the support card?”

“What if I just stopped overthinking everything?” 😂

Then I queue up for another battle.

And the cycle continues.

That is the fun side of Splinterlands for me.

It is not just about winning every battle.

It is about the unexpected moments, the strange strategies, the close finishes, the terrible decisions, the lucky moments and the times when everything somehow comes together.

Sometimes I play to improve.

Sometimes I play to experiment.

And sometimes I am just there to have fun and see what happens.

Either way, there is usually a story behind the next battle.

And honestly, that is enough reason to keep playing.
