Honestly, I completely forgot about Hive.
A few days ago, I randomly remembered that I used to write on Hive years ago. I decided to log back in just to see if my account was still there.
To my surprise, everything was still there.
I started going through some of my old posts and comments, and it was honestly funny seeing what I used to write about 😂. It also made me realize how much time has passed.
I originally joined Hive because I enjoyed writing. I wasn’t really thinking about money or trying to build a huge following. I just enjoyed putting my thoughts into words and seeing people interact with them.
Then university and life happened, and I gradually stopped posting.
Now I’ve decided to come back and give it another try.
A lot has changed since I was last active. I’m more interested in economics, finance, football, AI, technology and what’s happening in Nigeria. So I guess I’ll have plenty of things to talk about.
I’m also trying out Ecency this time, since that’s where I logged into my old Hive account.
I don’t know how active I’ll become or where this will go, but I’m looking forward to meeting people again, reading some interesting posts and hopefully making some new connections.
Maybe I’ll disappear again in a few months 😂
But for now…
I’m back.
