I just finished a 8.884km running that lasted about 0hh:51mm:8ss !
It was a bit damp as I headed out from our apartment in the Liverpool shopping precinct. I saw some runners and people heading to work. I navigated by instinct, but eventually spotted the famous Liver Building that got me to the renovated docks area. I took a picture there, but my phone did not store it.
I ran along the shore which had some uneven surfaces, but was not slippery. There are lots of museums, galleries and restaurants around there. As I went on it changed to industrial area and the naval base is up there too.
After a while I found a way to the main road that I could follow back to town. I did step in a bit poodle crossing a road, so my feet got wet. It was not too bad.
I have done a lot of walking in the last few days, but this was my first run in a while. The legs are doing okay. More walking is likely.
Run free and stay well.
