Does buying votes really get you an audience. I was looking at the Steem trending and some posts there had zero or a few comments, some from bots. Two guys had bought votes to get the top 5 places between them. For now there are not many vote sellers on Hive. I wonder if the Promoted posts feature could make a comeback. We do have communities. I see you post to curation project communities, but will people go there for something to read? I would be more like to go to a gardening community for posts on that topic. We just need to build up those communities. It really is down to slogging away at building connections.

I wonder if Steem can sustain that sort of activity. Maybe someone will prop up the price, but people are just leaving in droves.
