That's cool. I played with Home Assistant a few years back, but never did too much with it. I had some X10 switches installed when the house was built, but they are not so easy to integrate with current technology and some are turning lights on at odd times. My automation now is just some Ikea lights that just trigger from their own sensor. I do like the idea of getting some cameras for security.
