My point is that haejin does not care about Hive as he was driven away for making huge profits from self-voting (hundreds of dollars per day). He still has control of the ranchorelaxo account, but it seems it cannot power down due to lost keys. He is going to keep using that to reap curation rewards by voting on stuff, but with no care for quality. So he is distorting the rewards distribution. I am merely shifting that distribution and I suspect that is what smooth tries to do too. smooth said he would not take all rewards and you can see that he pretty much matches the rancho/haejin votes. So you still get what others gave you.

Just see what haejin can get away with on Steem. Seems nobody cares there, but I care about Hive.
