I always fancied a Variax. Didn't they work together with some of the Line 6 effects? The concept just didn't really take off. I see there are still models, but they have conventional pickups too. I have decided I need to get by with the guitars I have for now. I bought another cheap one, but sold it on. Doesn't stop me lusting after some.
