It always amuses me that 'pack of fags' can have a very different meaning in other countries. These places can be hard to develop as leaking tanks can make the ground pretty toxic. I wonder what the profits were like given how much tax we pay on fuel. You would think they could still get steady business with all those cars out there. Still a small proportion are electric.
