I'm not sure I could wait that long for coffee. It's getting more common here to place orders on a screen and then go up to collect. That's less human interaction. There's a new drive-thru coffee place near work, but I've not used it. I want quality, not necessarily convenience.

I bet some people try to hack the automated systems.
