I've played with the image generators which obviously have limited understanding of what things should look like, but the text ones appear more 'intelligent'. I wonder if people will think it's written by a human. Will kids use it to generate essays and can that be detected? I doubt they can create new knowledge, but a lot gets recycled anyway.
