Trump's attitude smells like blackmail, but Europe has also spent a lot on this and does not seem to be asking for the same sort of deals. It's not going to be viable to mine there with ongoing conflict and Putin seems intent on victory, whatever the cost. We have a few Ukrainians on Hive who will have opinions on this.
