That looks like a nice area to live. I am by no means against socialism and most people benefit from it in some way. I don't really want to have to buy another car, but the next will probably be electric as that is the best option now. I'm seeing a lot of Teslas around these days, but notice a lot of EVs by other brands too. I think they can be cheaper to run than oil burners, especially with recent price rises. I want to get some solar panels to get even more benefit.
