I wasn't sure about the title, but I recognised the song as soon as you started. He did some great songs. I consider myself very lucky to have to life I do. It's all an accident of birth that determines your start in life. Those of us with more than enough should help those who struggle to survive. There's enough food and wealth in the world, but the distribution is wrong.
