I can empathise with that. I remember when 9/11 happened and it really got me down. My escape from that was going to my Aikido class. I was also worried when Trump got in, but he managed to not totally fuck things up as bad as he could have. This is worse than that as Putin is smart and dangerous. It's down to other world leaders to contain the situation. I spent some time in Ukraine, so it feels close to home.
