I think we did 7 places on our membership on this trip, so that paid us back. Some were actually English Heritage where we could use our cards.

The rich families would have inter-married so you can get connections there.

My other half would like a volunteer guide job at a place like this, but there may not be many vacancies and then you don't get many shifts.
