Any of us could end up disabled so we should expect a decent service. My parents are just old and walking any distance can be hard. I have a cousin younger than me who had a heart attack and now cannot walk far. Air travel can be a lottery and I try to avoid it. They try to cut costs to a minimum and service suffers. I see people use wheelchairs on the trains and there is generally someone waiting with a ramp, but I did see someone say they were stuck as they were not getting the assistance they needed. I don't know what happened in that case.
