That doorway is tiny. I've seen people who wouldn't get it there. I had not heard about sites being bought up, but I hope someone is campaigning against all the sites being redeveloped. Years ago we stayed at a site on the French west coast with tents set up and proper beds. That was okay as they had a nice water park and the kids loved it.
