The big Youtubers are probably happy where they are, but those who struggle to make much there may find Hive interesting. It's a case of whether the rewards are good enough when the audience can be quite small. If Hive got to 10x the current users it would start to be more attractive.

It would be good to see $HIVE break out on its own merit and not just follow BTC. I like that it has actual utility and I'm not interested in just buying things in hope that they appreciate.
