I'd probably be considered 'woke' by some people, but I'm not even sure what they mean by that. I don't think white European culture is under threat like some make out, but then some of them might not even approve of women in some roles in business and politics. That said, in a lot of old theatre women were not even allowed to act. I would say our culture has been mostly 'white', but has had lots of influences from other cultures. I think we should be less hung up on how people differ and care more about what we have in common. We've had enough issues with different white cultures going to war over differences in beliefs or politics and that still happens.

I think some people look for things to argue about, but I will continue to enjoy the cultural events I like. Life is too short for unnecessary debate.
