There are some rogue whales who distort the rewards distribution without taking account of what posts are like. smooth has been reducing their impact without taking all rewards from posts. Not bullying. People need to accept that rewards can be adjusted down as well as up without taking it as criticism. I have downvoted loads of real abuse and I get retaliation. Most people don't see the crap that goes on that is basically just stealing from the reward pool. It's not about 'negative vibes', it's economics.
