I have been a fan of SW for some time. I saw him live with Porcupine Tree and for his solo works. I have to say I am not the biggest fan of his latest works. I know he has a love of pop music, but I prefer longer-form rock. I don't know how this album has performed relative to others, but some songs on the last one got mainstream radio airtime. I have not bought this album yet. He does go crazy with merchandise and special editions, which seems to encourage the consumerism he sings about.
